Service Description

Thai yoga massage is an incredibly adaptable ancient healing art that is traditionally done on a mat on the floor, but can also be performed on a massage table. This is a potentially better option for clients who may hold some concern regarding their ability to comfortably get on and off the floor. During a Table Thai session, the client wears loose-fitting, comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement of the body. You can expect the practitioner to occasionally position themselves on the table with you while conducting different techniques. The dynamic range of this work is excellent for the therapist to intuitively know whether an area of the body might require static stretching, or more repetitive joint mobilization, or compression, etc.
