Payments & Records: No client payments are processed through this website. All appointment fees must be paid directly to the specific practitioner’s independent Venmo Business Profile at the time of service. To ensure absolute medical data privacy, all client intake documentation is completed via physical paper forms in-office and held securely within each practitioner's separate, locked, and private files.
